Update 25/03/20 - WE ARE OPEN... 

it is still business as usual. We are keeping up with demand and orders are leaving us on a daily basis and being handled really safely and quickly by our couriers. 

We have implemented a 72 hour delay in processing any returned items, just to be safe. After the 72 hours we will inspect the return, raise the paperwork and process the refund through the relevant payment channels.

Hi All, 

Firstly hope you are all well and keeping safe. 

The official Government line is that Online Retailers are being encouraged to stay open and trade. We are doing just this and will continue to do so until we are advised otherwise. i have checked with our couriers, DPD and DHL and it is business as usual, albeit that the deliveries may take a little longer to arrive due to staff shortages in certain areas. Both these couriers offer full tracking on the deliveries so you will be able to see it's progress every step. Royal Mail is still functioning and this is our preferred method for smaller parcels. Please keep a safe 2mtr distance between you and the courier upon delivery. They will not ask you to sign for the parcels, but sign on your behalf. All the deliveries are GPS tracked, so the signature is not of vital importance and certainly not worth the risk. They have implemented procedures to keep their drivers safe at all times. 

I can also assure you that we as a business, are taking all the steps possible to make sure staff are safe through these challenging times, and to this end the Showroom will continue to be closed. Collections remain possible, but only if paid for and ordered in advance. 

We are available online or over the telephone to help, but please bear with us as we will be running a smaller team each day.

As you are all aware the Coronavirus COVID-19, is a real concern for us all. We take the health and safety of all our customers and staff very seriously. We have therefore adopted all the recommendations as laid out by the Government and NHS and carry out regular appropriate cleaning to ensure all surfaces are sanitised and clean.

Current WHO guidelines suggest restricting any unnecessary social interaction, so to this end we have decided to close our Camberley Showroom until further notice.

Customers will still be able to collect orders by prior arrangement. Please call us to arrange this. All orders will need to paid before collection. This can be done online or over the telephone.

We are Open and will continue to trade and dispatch online and telephone orders as normal, or until the Government announces differently. We are aware that you may need a little distraction in these hard times.

Please be aware though that during these difficult times dispatch may take longer as we expect that courier collections may become sporadic due to staff shortages.

We appreciate your understanding in these tough times, stay safe and keep well.

Struggling With Your Cabling? Let Us Do It For You!

Even though, we like to think our garden lighting is the simplest garden lighting system currently available, we do realise that until you physically get your hands on it, that it might not be obvious to everyone. So if you have read all the lighting guides and are sitting there thinking, "I just don't get it" or you have an area of your garden that you can't quite work out how best to get power to, help is at hand!

We help customers with their cabling every week, so please don't feel you are alone.

All you need to do is supply us with a basic sketch of your garden which includes

  • The lights you wish to use
  • Your lighting positions
  • The position of your power supply
  • Any large structures including bushes and trees we might have to cable around
  • All the relevant measurements
  • Please also include your contact details (including Telephone number) just in case we need to clarify anything 

Your sketch doesn't have to be a modern work of art, but adding as much detail as possible really will help us. Most people simply add their lighting to the sketch using circled numbers then supply us a list of what lights the numbers refer to (similar to the lighting guide in our blog). As a bonus  we can even check your lighting to make sure you have the correct transformer (we do this with every order anyway).
